Why are you including the path to the DLL? This is not necessary. My function call looks like:

This.GetTableFromPalmPilot(lcFile, lcCreator, '', 0, 1, 0)

I do not know the meaning of the last parameter where you have 8 and I have 0. I would have to look that up when I have access to my SatForms software.

Another tip, the Creator ID is case-sensitive.
