If you choose to do it in the report designer, yes, you have to go to the 'Print When' dialog for each field. However, you can omit this data from your data cursor completely, and you won't have to fuss with the report.
You can do this in the HAVING clause of your SELECT statement, or possibly even in the WHERE clause...
