I tried both - and had a little trouble with Craig's version - it claimed that my ocx was corrupt. On Mark Millers samples everything worked well, and I had just started to study the vcx he includes - but it's missing an image called mwresize in the preview screen. I've sent him email to find out where I might get it.
Mark includes a form which has both the designer and preview embedded on different frames - and it was very satisfactory to run the form and see the sample working.
