Yes, VFP is on its own ship cycle and not dependent on Visual Studio anymore. The time between Toledo and VFP 7.0 being released will be shorter than the time that occured between VFP 7.0 and VFP 6.0 (over 3 years). But I will say that Toledo is not even in beta yet, and it certainly will not be released before DevCon 2002, so when people ask if they should upgrade to VFP 7.0 or wait for Toledo, the answer should always be upgrade now. I assume this clarifies some of your thinking relative to what you might have been told in the past or assumed now.
