Not that I have experienced. Try modifying the menu so it will convert it to the VFP 7 menu format, recompile and see if that helps. I can't imagine that that would make a difference because all that happens is 2 fields are added to the end of the menu table which have nothing to do with this functionality.

Is this the Edit menu pad on your menu where you use the system menu names [_med_cut, _med_copy and _med_paste] for Cut-Copy-Paste?
