Ian,
You have different options. Here are a few:

- if you have VFP7, you can use VFP's object browser
- use the VBA object browser
- use an include file that has these constants defined. I believe there are include files available here on the UT for Excel, Word and Outlook.
- there's a tool from Rick Strahl that exctracts these constants from type libraries. Not sure if it's available here. Check www.west-wind.com
