Does anybody have some good information/experience on using M$ Access ADP versus VB 6.0 versus VB.NET? Have an opportunity to start from scratch for a new system for a department which is currently a mix and match of Access 97, Access 2000, and VB apps with SQL Server 7.0 and 2000.

Initially instinct is to scrap Access (not a big Access fan) and start fresh with VB or VB.NET/ADO.NET, but ADP looks interesting on the surface and I'm finding more people that can do Access but can not do VB with ADO, but I can always find VB people who can do Access/ADP. I'm trying to ignore my bias against Access and anything to do with it and make a good informed decision for the company that I am currently working for.

Thanks,
David Gamble
