>I heard a few public opinions on which VS.NET language is better and better from VFP developers. At Essential Fox, Ken said that VB.NET is better since it is more familiar to the VFP developers and C# is too rigid. Last year at Double Impact Markus said that C# is more elegant and Rick said that VB.NET was richer.

I've done very little playing with VS.Net. I agree that the language choice is fairly insignificant, but it might be wise to find out differences in functionality and the development environment that come with the language.
For example, I understand that VB.Net has WITH/ENDWITH functionality, and C# does not. Also, I was quite confused when I couldn't find the "Add Method" builder dialog in VB.Net that is included with C# (then again I have been known to look directly at something and not see it <g>).
There may be more to language selection than merely syntax.
