>I've just updated SDT from 6.0b to 6.0c and am finding that the Update() method reindexes all tables in the DBC even if only one or two of them had changes. I don't remember this being the case in 6.0b; IOW only the table(s) that needed updating would be reindexed. It's conceivable that I've done something to my DBC to cause this but if so I don't know what it is. I'm wondering if anybody else is running into this behavior in SDT 6.0c.
I have not seen that behaviour at all. You are right in that it the Update only rebuilds indexes that have changed and skips over tables that have no changes to the meta data. Can you run the update on just 1 of the tables that this happens with and check for an error message being returned? Check the OMETA.lErrorOccurred property. If that is true, then the error info will be in an array property called OMETA.aErrorInfo
