Have you edited the MLIBPATH field in DBCXREG.DBF to the proper location of the SDT class libraries? You can use a UNC name instead of H:. However, just removing the H: and not replacing it with the correct path likely won't work unless you have everything on one drive.

What do lcTempFile and laTable (which is an array) contain when this happens?
