Note that due to the foxpro bugs it is impossible to use foxpro
report writer in web server:

1. if error occurs in report, foxpro displays modeless error window which cannot be bypassed at all. This causes your application to hang.

2. REPORT command in a lightweight dll file is not allowed and will cause error. you must use a bigger runtime and .exe file
