Now that I see what you are trying to accomplish I'd get rid of the array if there was no other need for it than this, change the select statement to place the results into a cursor, set the .RowSourceType property to Alias and the .RowSource property to the name of the cursor.

Other than that you might try getting rid of the macro substitution ampersand.
