I have a report that does exactly this in the opposite order. I sort of cheated however, by loading up arrays 5 elements long for the small database. Then I just displayed those arrays on the form. This may not work for you, because it will leave a little space empty between the portion of the database. I put my array fields in the report summary, but yours would probably go in the report header.
