Thanks for the link - after looking at all the suggestions (thanks to all!)
and deleting even more emails relating to increasing the size one's anatomy I've decided to download the MailWasher programme and give it a try. Who knows - it looks like a New Zealand invention (just a couple of thousand miles away) so I'm hoping that it may work.
