a client is asking me about building an application where his phone is answered, the incoming phone number read using CallerID and based on that number actions are taken. so for example if CallerType1 calls the system then it forwards them to customer service. if CallerType2 calls it sends them to voice mail. if CallerType3 calls it plays a message and then hangs up, etc., etc. also it would need to be able to understand touchtone so if a caller presses 1 then it can do an action based on that.

all of the customer data is in Foxpro and i was just wondering if anyone had any experience with third party apps tieing VFP tables with applications that answer the phone.
