Thanks for responding,
First table = teacher_id, teacher name
Second table = teacher_id, teacher positions code <-(GRID) column 1
Third Table = code, description <-(GRID) column 2
It is important that in the third table that it is a generic code
it is used for many other descriptions as well as this teacher position code
Am i wrong in assurting that a grid can handle only 1 view, cursor, table
at a time ?
Thanks again for you help
