Thank you for your respone. Did look at the thread and adjusted theheight of the detail section to be upto 7". Still encoutering the same problem.

For some more information about the report:
- The report has a title band which shows the address, date etc.
- There are no data groupings
- The cursor only contains information about a specific record.
- There are quite a few memo fields that need to be printed on the report.
- Settings for the fields are:
- Remove if blank
- Float and Strech with overflow
- Label fields only print if the data field has something in it
