Let's say the hight of detail band in designer is 6 3/4". If there's less than 6 3/4" left on the page than detailed record will be printed on the next page. You can try to resolve this by redesigning report to decrease the detail band hight at design time.

It works only if the memo fields are one line in lenght. In a situation where a memo field has a paragraph, all I end up on the report is lots of white space. Would you like me to email the report to you?
