I'm new to VFP, all my experience is in 2.6, and I'm slightly confused about buffering.

All my data is in legacy tables, that I access through local views. I load the tables unbuffered and the views buffered, which appears to work fine.

But will I experience record locking conflicts by doing this, as the tables are multi-user?

If this is a problem, how should I do it? If not, could someone explain the logic?
