First, you're welcome and thanks for the kind words.
What little knowledge of Latin that I have comes from my experiences as a choral singer in the Episcopal Church. In some instances, but not all, both Latin and English will appear in the score (we usually did Latin). As a result, I'm familiar with certain phrases, but can't actually say that I know Latin. My sig is one of those phrases that I know.
Loosely translated it means, "Where there is love, God is also." Even more liberally it can be interpreted as "God is love". It's my personal response to the events of September 11th past.
