First of all let me thank you for your words. Comming from a recognized expert on the subject in question and, as I could see, agreeing that we're are needing something better than the grid control we have now, I feel that I'm not the only one having problems, and disliking the grid <s>

As you said, I think that a book not containing a list of properties and methods related to the grid and some more, but rather describing apps implementation techniques using grids, would be very usefull.

First of all, IMO, see if folks agree with both ideas (a new grid and a book) then, as Mike Helland suggested, work on the idea of the new grid and try to get VFP team's attention to it. If you ever will need any help (to review, test, suggest, bother...) count on me!
