Ken, I think you are right on this one (but hey, I only have to drive two hours to Ft. Lauderdale, and I am staying at the Sheraton for $79 next door to the Merriott - and all this saves me a bundle).

But, I am just glad there are so many different VFP conferences I can pick and go to when I need a little extra help, and I have never been to one yet I didn't find useful and worth my money. A few years ago I also programed in another language in addition to FoxPro, and this other company only had a developers conference once every couple years. And, there were none others offered by any outside source.

So, I think we are pretty fortunate and "lucky" that VFP has such a great following to offer many conferences.
