This error is reported by Kernel32.

Sounds like your Boot drive (or other drive with your PAGEFILE.SYS)
may not have sufficient space. You could try cleaning up unwanted files
on this drive
(or possibly compressing the drive). If these do not work, other possibilities
are:

- check disk that has paging file for I/O errors
- add more RAM to the server
