I created a web service and web application and it runs great on my development machine. However, when I install the web sites on a W2k Advanced Server I get a 403 - Forbidden message when trying to pull them up in IE.

Some info about this problem:

* The security settings for both the service and the app are identical.
* I set in the web.config files.
*The directory security in IIS is set only for Windows Authentication (no anonymous access, no basic authentication)
* I created, compiled and installed the projects while logged into the same domain account which is a Domain Administrator and local Administrator on the server.
* I set the file permissions for both web directories and all of the files to full control for Everyone.
* I also enabled anonymous access in the directory security in IIS but it still did not work.
* I am able to access the Default Web Site without any problems.

My question is, has anyone experienced this scenario before and can provide steps to correct the problem?
