Go to http://support.crystaldecisions.com/library/kbase.asp and search for your error message. Several articles will be found that refer to this error. Note that one column lists the version of Crystal Reports you are using. Don't pay any attention to that column as it is sometimes not correct.

>Hi all,
>I am developing an application using VFP 6 and crystal reports 8.5. I use Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver (*.dbf) for ODBC data connection for crystal reports. Everything works fine with OS Win2k and XP. But when I install the software in some client sites with OS Windows 95 and windows 98 (sometimes) and preview the report I get the following error message "Physical database not found". I checked the ODBC system DSN which is correct. I checked the drivers available in the ODBC screen.
>In the case of Windows 2000, I have Microsoft dBase VFP Driver (*.dbf), Microsoft FoxPro Driver (*.dbf), Microsoft VFP driver (*.dbf), Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver and Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver (*.dbf). In the case of windows 95 machine I have only Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver. Is this the reason.

>Note: I tried the following but it didn’t work out.
>I installed MDAC 2.7 on the windows 95 machine.
>I also tried with “Microsoft Visual FoxPro Driver” for ODBC data connection for crystal reports.

>Thanks in advance
