The Task Tracker is the recommended way, in part because it makes it easier for the follow-up.

You can also post a thread in the messages area. Instead of "VFP", better use "Chatter | UT related topics". (It is possible that this thread will relocated to that forum, by a member of the UT team.)

"Error on page" is sometimes related to a page that was not loaded completely (if you click on certain places before the page is loaded, the part of the page that carries out the action isn't loaded yet - or so I believe). I sometimes got this error because of my impatience. Waiting for the page to be loaded usually solves this problem.
