Well, I spoke too soon it seems. I have now disabled all caching for the UT and it works ONCE. If I save my changes, then pop up my account settings again, I have the same problem again. Some tabs come up fine, others are still broke as stated above in this thread. Still messing with changing proxy settings... this is not fun.
