The problem seems to be that when the .exe is started, it is attempting to run VFP 6.0 instead of 7.0. The reason I think this is that when the error message is displayed, the Help button displays the Visual Studio help file and not the VFP 7.0 help file.

Is it possible that somehow the OS is relating this .exe to VFP 6 instaead of 7? Or, maybe some setting I need to make after installing VFP 7?
