Dang that grid control!

The problem was that I chose the recordsource as "Table" rather than "alias". Since the table was already open in 1 the grid opened another copy of the table in another work area and displayed the data... this is a very confusing behaviour of VFP 6 and up.

Once I changed the recordsource to "Alias" everything began working perfectly. I had tried this earlier but it hadn't worked because I used "Personel.Dat" as the alias name rather than "Personel"...
