I am doing some custome prgs and sprs that are called from an existing fox2.6 windows exe. In Win98 these screens work OK. But if the user is running the exe and my custom screens on Win 2000 the second time they try to access the screen they are getting an I/O operation failure which causes the exe to crash and they have to go to task manager to get out. It looks like Win2000 is not releasing the file when the screen is closed. I do not get the problem running in Win98. I can have the exe and spxs on a Win2000 server and run them ok form a Win98 client. Any idea of something I can do in Win2000 to get around this problem?
