I ran the app wizard. Gave it an app name (with identical app folder name). Then it goes off and does something. Then I specify the table to use within this multi-tab dialog. It's a simple table with character fields only (no memo or general fields). Then I say OK. Then an app file is created in the app directory. I cd to that directory. When I try to "do" the app, the first thing it does is display a blank splash box (blank except for the app name). It follows that with a few cryptic messagebox-like error messages and then returns to command window.

Now I'm embarrassed to say that I just tried to fire up VFP and run the app again, and this time it worked. The only difference is that earlier, I didn't exit VFP between the times I ran the app wizard and actually tried to run the app.
