The report actually only uses one database record of 20 fields but the way I want to display them, requires about two or more pages of space. I can keep making my detail band larger and larger to accomodate all the fields but I get a vfp message saying its too big. Do U need a cross tabular report? This would require some programming to construct 2 tables. A header table and body table. At least this is the approach taht I have used.

Or another approach is to setup a report form with a character 200 field. Ur table which supplies the information would then be just like a text file. I had to do this once when a client wanted three reports combined into a single report form. It was very challenging. I also was limited to use a fixed space font so everything lined up. The three reports that I combined had differnt fields/lengths. I create a field to link to a header table and another field to signal a page break (new report). Well it has been some time ago. Let me know if this is some thing U would require further details on.
