The similar problem is reported in mskb #Q300272 FIX: Transfer of a View that Contains a UDF by Using DTS Export Data Fails with Error 208.

>Im trying to copy a database from one sql server to another. When ever I run the DTS import I get an error that says, "Invalid object name 'dbo.hoursdifference'." hoursdifference is a user defined function that I use in two of the tables. I tried copying everything except the function and the two tables and it worked fine. But, now every time I try to copy those remaining two tables it gives me that same error. I even created the function manually on the new server and tried it and it still gives me the error. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to manually create the tables on the new server?
