No. It's the same as version 6. If you are an individual, you can make copies for other computers that you use (providing you are the only person using the software). If you are an 'entity', then an individual has to be designated as the sole user for the license, and then that 'sole user' can treat it as the individual above. At least that's how I read it, and it really does seem pretty clear in the EULA.
