Have you tried using KONXISE from XITECH for squeezing down your large VFP EXE files? I've been using it for a couple of months now and it is working great. I compressed my Medical software from 6MB to 2.8MB. It compresses anywhere from 50% to 60% of the size of your original EXE. Plus it doesn't require any runtime file mods and it also encrypts the compressed file to help prevent decompilation.
