Tip of the day, something that is not obvious to many people who use Outlook. Either while the mouse pointer is over a message body in the preview pane or open as a stand alone window, hold down the Ctrl key and move the mouse "wheel" button forward or back to decrease or increase (respectively) the font size of the message body without actually changing the message content permanently. Very useful for quickly increasing the font on some emails while reading. I've used this great Outlook feature for a long time but I've found many people don't know about it.

It is worth noting that this feature with IE permanently changes the Text Size setting of IE and will persist in future open instances of IE, while the Outlook usage of this is per message and does not persist, it does not alter the font size of other messages or even the one changes the next time it is viewed. The other tip I have some people don't know about is in IE, instead of right clicking a link and selecting "Open in New Window", you can simply hold down the Shift key and click the link (no rightclick) and it will open that link in a new window (I use this feature every day).
