I have to make some corrections to my own entries in the download section - they are far from perfect - but I believe that often the basic idea is enough to help another programmer help get started, and it is not convenient to wait indefinitely. IOW, I strongly suggest to post the StartUp module as it is now, if you (or Zlatin) think it is useful to others. The download can be updated at a later date, if improvements are made.
