.DBT is the extension for dBASE memo files, right?

VFP can open these directly - there is no need to convert them. Just specify the fieldname in your SELECT - SQL statement, and VFP should open the correct memo automatically.

OTOH, if you really want to convert, a COPY TO should convert the file to FoxPro or Visual FoxPro format.
