I think you can pretty much combine the examples that come with VB help with messages, FAQs and other stuff you can find here. From what I saw of VB books, you usually get a few extra pounds of paper with fancy bitmaps printed on them, but not much substantial stuff inside.
Besides, I'm not really into VB :)
