It's been awhile since I've worked in 6 so forgive me.

I have a form (reject_letter) with a text box (applicant_name) on it. There is also a command button which on click has report form reject to preview. I would like the reject report just to use these variables from the form (reject_letter.applicant_name.text) however, it keeps looking for a database. What am I doing wrong?

Also, after they sent the form to the report, I would like to reload the form with all the values set at " ", any suggestions?
