Hi.
I have a Customer Calls system where there is a requirement as follows:
1) A Customer rings in with a problem on their newly purchased applicance
2) The Call Centre currently waits until the end of each day and faxes the nearest engineer with details of the call so he can service it

Is there a way , from VFP files, of automatically sending a text message to the engineer , say immediately the call is logged, so he can respond to it right away ?.

I've no idea how this could be done but presumably some connection to the internet that would send the text message ?
