I'm looking for a simple method for our users to access a DBF or CSV file that I will post to our website to retrieve some info (price, verfiy address, etc.) for purchasing upgrades to our program.

Then, I will use javascript to post this information to our shopping cart program for the purchase.

We must assume the users will not have VFP on their PC. However, our web host supports SOAP.

Any ideas or comments would be helpful!
