After more investigating, I found out the client had the motherboard replaced by Dell after they had problems with the machine (right after opening it).

Thus it was information that was not disclosed. Maybe get some sodium-pen through the phone!

They used recover CD's from Dell and it is find. Registry got messed up when the motherboard was freaking out when installing other applications.
