Ric,
You don't need the vfp7t/vfp6t.dlls if you're not distributing VFP mtdlls. Also, if you have the full blown ISexpress, you can specify that the MSI installers, which are usually included with your setup, will only be downloaded when needed. I got my setup, including VFP runtime, down to 2.3MB!
I've never used the .MSM files - I don't think you need them if you know exactly what you need for your setup..
