The Toledo Wish list is here. At the top select "Visual FoxPro Zone" from the drop-down (near the bottom) and then click on Toldeo Wish List when the page appears.

As for the bug, MS has a site that someone else will have to guide you to. It would help if you made a new thread here with "BUG:" in the title and "Bug report" in the body and described the bug. I would suggest under the topic "Databases, Tables, Views, Indexing and SQL syntax".
