I just did a search in the Members Area and there are 275 members in the city of Toronto alone.

I suspect if you picked up the first fringe cities that figure would double.

If you are having trouble getting space for a gathering, I might be able to help you. I do a lot of work with schools and I might be able to get you some space at a reasonable price. Before Mike Harris came in, I could get you space for free but now the schools have to charge but it should be reasonable.

Anyway, let me know if you start to organize anything.

Another thing is presentations. One thing I have figured out is the first wave of the Microsoft's HTML Help Engine and I have it working quite nicely. I know Doug Henning has a seminar on this. When I say the "first wave", there are a number of features I have not figured out and maybe there is someone else who understands it better. But this thing (even in the rudimentary way that I have done it) adds real value to software. The Help Screens look very professional and they pretty much elimate the requirement to print a Manual.
