I don't want to get into a whole political thread, but where did you get this idea. From whitehouse.gov:
"Clinton was graduated from Georgetown University and in 1968 won a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University. He received a law degree from Yale University in 1973, and entered politics in Arkansas."
Verified from the Encyclopedia Americana site (which also notes that he studied "international affairs" - how a propos <bg>) and from the Georgetown University site.
I assure you he wouldn't have gotten the Rhodes without graduating.
