In VFP 7 SP1

I get an error "cannot update the cursor" when trying to INSERT to my local table
But only happens when I Build as an .app or .exe; I found the table at this point is read only.
If I run the program by itself it INSERTs fine. Like this, the table is in normal state, ready to insert.

I can’t figure out why the table opens read only as I build.

Any ideas?
