No, but you have a couple of options:
1) You can write (or have written) an app that
shares information with your VFP app - basically by importing and exporting. The VFP Advisor column uses SatelliteForms, I believe. That one is easy to use, but has some limitations.
2) You can use one of the several good VFP Web Frameworks (I use WebConnect) to create browser screens for your application and access them from the handheld just like you would for any web application. Avantgo has a free application that will run on any handheld, and with a little configuration you can make it access your web forms even while disconnected (it sends new and changed data when the user synchronizes the handheld). They also offer their product for sale (which makes configuration much easier) - but it's very expensive.
The only trick to #2 is designing your web form to work on the small screen.
