Never understood why companies offer incentivce packages to entice
employees to volunteer for staff reduction. I was lucky enough to
work with a company that offered such a package and, as expected, the
employees with most to offer accepted the package and immediately walked
on to another job...

Sometimes you're lucky if your manager/CEO is Peter Principle...
